Well that special K diet worked for me because I lost the 6lbs in 1 week. But you have to follow it to the T. Oh and everyone has time to work out simple calisthenics are a work out. You can do that cooking, cleaning, doing anything. Like you can do 25 jumping jax and 25 squats. walk for 30 minutes. Instead of going to lunch go walk all week. This will speed up the metabolism and you will loose weight quicker. but the only way to tighten up those legs a Little by this weekend is to do the squats. OOH you could even do wall sits, you know sit on the wall with your knees at a 90 degree angle and do that 3 times a day for 2 minutes.

You'll need to eat a lot less and very healthy if you plan to lose weight in one week with no exercise. You cant eat any junk food either. But it's unlikely that in one week you'll lose a noticeable amount of weight unless you exercise (even jogging would be good and it doesnt take long).

it might not sound healthy but skip meals one time a day that too little better stay inside room watch movie but no food only one time a day drink more water as much you can it will make you feel not eating, as you will be weak by this so better stay inside the room or house . Take only at dinner time thats all try it you wont believe how much you can reduce . But can take some energy drinks .... good luck

Talk about leaving it to the last minute!
Crash dieting doesn't work, you need to lose the weight gradually. Whatever you lose in one week, it will come back quicker than you can snap your fingers, because that's just the way our bodies work!
