What is a good weight for a woman 5'9"?

A good weight for a tall woman would be about 135-145 lbs.

According to BMI standards, a woman of our height (I'm 5'9" too) should weigh 145 pounds, but holy cow that would be SO skinny. I think I look good at 180, but I'm curvy with a small waist. I think it depends on how you feel and as long as your doctor doesn't think you are obese. I feel sexy at 180, and I would have the super-skinny unhealthy look at 145. Consult your doctor for a more "professional" opinion.
