Chi puo' tradurre dal latino all'italiano o inglese?

Volevo fare la domanda in italiano, ma mi e' venuta automaticamente in inglese.

Fabius was saying that the foulest excuse to the commander is, "I did not think," but I think it is the foulest excuse to man.

That is from Seneca's On Anger, but you have a couple of typos which made it harder to figure out. It is just a fragment, but in the original context, it probably meant that not thinking is not a legitimate excuse to get angry.
