He did,
It just had to wait until later.
All things are done through the Grace of God.
Peace!

If antibiotics cure leprosy why are there still lepers around. I saw many of them in Nigeria.
God provided in the Law long before Jesus started healing lepers, what they were supposed to do after they were cleansed. He still heals today.

Because Jesus, as a rabbi whose only significance was existing during a time of dramatic change in the Roman Empire, had the same medical knowledge as anyone else at the time.

Since medicine can obvioulsy raise people from the dead, why didn't Jesus just become a doctor? Medicine can also heal blindness, cripples, etc. right?
If we travel by means of car today, why did Jesus walk everywhere?

Because religion is based on ignorance and superstition. The men that wrote the bible believed that demons created diseases. So, obviously God didn't inspire the bible. What purpose would Jesus have served if he introduced anti-botics? Then everyone would realize that he was just an ordinary man.
