ok at the end of this football season i was a 5 8 155 pound runningback i have barley any fat on me now like 5 months later im like 5 9 174 pounds but by september i wanan get to 185 190 pounds ive gaine d most of by weights by benching and a little legg pressing not alot of squating willl squating help me gain the weight easier i will not take no explode or cell mass

the most important thing is nutrition. if you are serious about gaining weight you need to eat atleast 3500 calories a day. alot of people supplement with weight gainers such as cyto gainer, mscle milk. for gaining good weight i would recommend muscle milk, it s a bit pricey but it is delicious and loaded with good fats. i would do olympic style lifts, maybe some of thatcrazy strongman stuff too. limit cardio. eat whole chickens from costco(taste great, plus they are cheapAND GUARANTEED TO WEIGH AT LEAST 3 LBS.!!)peanut butter is awesome! a must for gooo weight gain. good luck! any more questions email me @ espyking83@yahoo.com. there are a million different ways to gain, just do it smart.

Peanut butter helps a lot. Try to make peanut butter apart of you meals at leas twice a day. maybe using it as a snack. That is if you want to do it naturally. But you always have those protein shakes and things like that. Eating a high protein meal at least 2times a day also helps.

I have heard that drinking something like a slim fast shake with every meal will help you gain weight.

Just keep doing what you're doing and make sure to eat foods with less fat and more protien.

if youneed to gain mass you should get those granola bar things that they have in mean girls!!
