im 14 years old nd weigh 180 ive tried every thing to lose the weight bu nothin helps ive tried sports not 4 me nd i have no time 4 ny thing since i have $10000 horses i have to ride every day

To start out, make sure you are drinking at least 90 ounces of water a day. The best and ony way to lose weight is burning more calories than you take in. Don't starve. This will ruin your metabolism. You MUST get regular exercise.
