Oh yeah! The next time you're out on the town, pick a fight with someone and use the moves you learn in tae-bo. Guaranteed to knock anyone senseless.

No as a matter of fact Tae Bo was made by Billie Blanks and is not true martial arts at all it is for excersie and you could use what you learned to help in a fight but if you where up against any true practicer of martial arts be it karate, ninjitsu, Tae Kwon Do, Kung Foo or any others you would have your **** handed to you on a plate.

No, since the first men started fighting there has been no superior martial art, only superior figthers. and if you think tae-bo is martial art you're seriously mistaken, because i belive you're talking about a fitness program on t.v not a martial art

No, and if you put a Taebo master against a good MMA fighter, or a NHB fighter, the Taebo guy will loose almost right away. Billy Blanks is a joke, just like Chuck Norris, put them against an MMA or NHB guy, they will loose.

tae bo is not a martial art. you would get your *** handed to you in a heart beat. if you want to brag about a martial art than try Capoeira. then maybe I'll be impressed. yes there is a Brazilian style call Capoeira feel free to look it up.

While Tae Bo is good excercise, it is only effective for self defense if the person attacking you is singing.
