When I'm feeling down and a little lost in my life, the first thing I do is create a list of small goals I want to accomplish. It can be anything from cleaning the house to putting more money in my savings. I then go to work on getting those things done. These little feats of accomplishment give my esteem a boost and help me get back on track. Another thing that helps get me focused is spending time outdoors. I like to take my dogs for a walk when I’m feeling stressed out and beaten. There’s nothing like fresh air, a brisk walk or hike, and the tails of my dogs wagging to make me feel better. Sorry I don’t know of any books or websites, but I thought this might help you anyway.

Every human being has a soul atman within us. It is the sweet small inner voice of this soul atman coming from within our heart that keeps us going... no matter what!

Whenever something tends to go wrong to... this sweet small inner voice of our soul atman prompts us on the right path. To follow or not to follow is our sole prerogative.

Most human beings prompted by the ego do not attempt hearing the voice of our soul atman coming from within. That mostly results in one taking the wrong path.

Indulge yourself in whatever we think is best for us. The need for motivation would slowly vanish.

Bill Gates... could not complete his high school... his indulgence in technology dear to his heart made him the architect of one of the finest technological enterprise in the world... the famous Microsoft Corporation.
