No, not every guy looks at porn, although a majority of men (and lots of women, too) do enjoy it. Is it an excuse? An excuse for what? Let me put it this way- to say "it's okay that I watch porn, every guy does it" is not a viable reason. By that law, if everyone does something wrong, that can make it right. So no, that shouldn't be an excuse. Rather, we should be saying "it's okay that I watch porn, because there is nothing wrong with porn", which is something that I, at least, believe.
Who, exactly, is looking at porn? Your father, brother, boyfriend? You didn't say. Anyhow, if it's your computer, you should be able to tell the users to not be looking at porn, or to only look at "safe" porn that won't leave tracks on the computer, or else be able to ban them from it. Xtube.com is a nice site that doesn't dump viruses, pop-ups, spam, or spyware onto your computer, and after visiting it, only your history will be the link that it's been visited. But if it's your computer and you don't want it on there at all, either lock it up so it can't be used, hide some of the crucial cords necessary to make it work when you aren't on it, etc., etc..
If it's your boyfriend or husband who's doing this, I think you should sit down and talk to him about it- not prohibiting him from it or being judgemental or accusatory, but just asking what he finds good about it, how it affects your relationship, and you sharing your feelings on it- coming to a compromise or at least a better understanding of one another's sexualities.
Hope that helps.

Not every guy looks at porn, but I would say the majority do. In The States they have it at 70-80 %. Some women enjoy it too, but not as many. The rapacious male desire for sexual outlet, whether in a relationship or not, seems to be a universal phenomenon across the world that manifests itself in similar ways. This to me suggests there is a strong biological sexual drive which men try to sate by seeking sexual activity.
Men who are not asexual due to low levels of testosterone and who do not use porn, would have made a decision not to use it for their own personal reasons. However, if you were to force them to watch it, they would be turned on by it.
To explain porn use amongst men is not particularly difficult. It is the manifestation of man's sexual drive seeking satisfaction. If one does not see anything wrong with it, they will use it, and even sometimes if they do see something wrong with it. If they know society disapproves, they will hide it. Clearly something is compelling many men to seek pornography. If one is truly concerned in finding explanations, at what point do we stop dismissing them as excuses?

At least he is not looking at pictures of girls that he knows personally.
Before photography guys could only look at local girls.
If it is not something weird like gay porn, I would not worry about it.
