The differences vary on:
how the Eucharist is taken (as in once a month, every sunday, etc...)
how Baptism is done (sprinkling, full immersion, dunked three times)
How the Trinity is viewed (The Holy Spirit emanates from the Father and the Son, the Holy Spirit only emanates from the Father, the Holy Spirit and the Son emanate from the Father)
Views on Forgiveness and Grace (all you need is faith, faith and good works, faith and some cash)
Those are some of the main views that differ.

The main difference is in "how" we are Christians. Such as how we baptize and take the Eucharist.
