I went walking the other day and now my shins are sore because I overextended my steps and because I didn't stretch. Does anyone know any stretches that are good for your shins? Thanks a head of time!

Stand on a stair with your heels hanging over the back (so your whole foot is not on the stair) and just drop your heels down and come up onto your toes. Do it several times. It will stretch out your shin muscles.

There is a good one named Shin splints. I As far as I know there's not really much you can do for them... the only thing I found that helped at all was shortly before a run I would sit down and raise the front of my feet as far as I could get them and do that back and forth for about 5-10 minutes and do that about 10 minutes or so before you go run.
