It's small and doesnt hurt to the touch, but is hard and can move if i touch it. I first noticed it after I had a large bruise there about two months ago, the bruise went away but the lump hasnt.

Sounds like it might be a lipoma...a fatty tumor. I have two of them on my legs. The one feature that makes them easy to identify is that they move when you push them with your finger. They are harmless, usually painless and usually grow slowly and don't get very large.

Next time you see your doctor, show it to him/her so that it gets entered into your medical records. Also, if it seems to be growing or if you are worried about it, see your doctor.
