Growing up, there was a local confectionary that made a white chocolate Easter egg filled with a very rich strawberry cream. The lady who ran the shop passed away and I haven't been able to find anything like this anywhere. I've even searched for a recipe to try it on my own. My mom and my brother looked forward to enjoying these each Easter and I would love to surprise them. Can you help?

This is a delicious easter egg recipe that I have made for years.
Easter Eggs
1 can eagle brand
1 lb butter
2 tbsp corn syrup
Mix together and add enough icing sugar so that you can form into egg shapes [ at least one large bag ].
Dip into melted chocolate after they have been chilled.
You can decorate with melted white chocolate or icing, etc.

If you have a candy supply store in your area they would have the supplies you need to make them.
Egg mold, white chocolate and most have the cream centers already made. You would simply melt the chocolate on low heat, line the mold with the chocolate, fill with a spoon of the strawberry cream center, then pour more chocolate on top to cover it all. Let set up to harden ( can be put in refrigerator for this) and pop out of the mold. You should have a perfect shaped egg with a strawberry cream center. Good Luck
