Yes, I do.
Most of the information we have about these deities is after the Roman occupation. Before that, the Brythonic Celts didn't seem to write anything down about their deities. But many times one can clearly see the Roman influence and look at the elements of what is not Roman. I suggest the book, "Pagan Celtic Britain" by Anne Ross or "The Pagan Religions of the Ancient British Isles" by Ronald Hutton. You can also try "Iron Age Communities in Britain: An Account of England, Scotland and Wales from the Seventh Century BC until the Roman Conquest" by Barry Cunliffe. Most public libraries carry these books or can order them on ILL. You may also be interested in one named "The Gods of the Celts" by Miranda Green although this book describes the deities worshiped by all Celts, not just those in Britain.
This group is a great resource for all things Brythonic:

And their website has some good articles:

You may not find all of these sites interesting but they should provide a lead to what you're looking for.

Yes there are still those that worship the Tuatha Dé Danann. There are a lot of reconstructionist religions based off the old ways from different parts of the world. Unfortunately most of the original information was destroyed by the invading Christians so there is a lot of gaps in the information.

Well, I worship the Norse Gods and Goddesses. By Briton Gods, I assume you mean Anglo-Saxon deities? Norse and Anglo-Saxon Heathenry have many similarities and Gods in common. For example, the Norse Odin is Woden to the Anglo-Saxons, but they are the same deity.

I focus on the Irish Gaelic gods, so it depends on your view of things. Many of the stories are similar, so there's likely some overlap between the Gaelic and Brythonic pantheons.

I believe that there are people who consider themselves to be modern day druids who do, indeed, worship the old briton gods. Wicca, too, seems to be based on pre-Christian, european deities.

How do Islamic "Worship god" and Hate the JEWS?
(1John 4:20-21) If a man say, I love God, and hateth his brother, he is a liar: for he that loveth not his brother whom he hath seen, how can he love God whom he hath not seen?
(1Jo 4:21) And this commandment have we from him, That he who loveth God love his brother also.
