I think sexual attraction is more than just what your genitals look like, it also includes desire stemming from physical attraction, "dirty talk", and other things like that. I think it would be a turn off at first, and I would probably have a problem giving oral sex. But I would give it a shot, especially if I invested a lot of time in the relationship. Then it could also be a double standard. Would you not be sexually attracted to a woman if she had large labia?

Wow it really looks funky, I guess it might heighten sexual stimulation during intercourse. However I don't think I would be inclined to give head with pa-pules on the head of a penis. I am partial to the smoothness of my husbands head of his penis. So no thanks, I am good.
