It depends on your nationality. I'm sure a Japanese person would have much less difficulty learning Chinese than an American.
Hungarian is a very hard language, and it appears to have almost no relationship to any other known language.
Czech is very difficult. Every single thing you say requires a thorough knowledge of the language, or you'll say the sentence incorrectly. They have 7 cases, and if you choose the wrong preposition, the rest of the sentence will be a complete mess. Even just learning the simple words "this" and "that" is hard, because those words will vary depending on what you are talking about, and which of the seven cases you are using. It's a nightmare!
Of one thing I am certain: English is just about the easiest language on the planet. All my foreign friends agree.

Depends on how well you want to learn it. It takes about fourteen years of schooling to be properly instructed in English, while almost every other language can be learned in six. Conversational learning is different of course, with much less time required to learn/become profecient. In that case I would say Chinese

I don't know about the Asiatic languages, but of the Indo-European languages, Icelandic is generally regarded as the most difficult, due to the inflections that have remained in the language--inflections that have mostly dropped out of modern-day English and German, which it most closely resembles.

Officially Icelandic is the hardest language to learn. There was something on the discovery channel about this once.

Depends on your native language. But I believe that English is actually the most difficult because we have strange spellings and such an amalgam of influences.

anything coupled with passion, fun and determination is possible, I really do not think any language is difficult provided you develop a positive mindset and attitude, i know this answer is a little weird but every language has its own culture, tradition and difficulty

I would say
I had an easier time learning French, and Gaelic.
I still have problems with English, but also forgot most French and Gaelic.
