If you don't show after 2 or 3 days (can't remember which) they will take that as a voluntary termination, which means you lose your job.
Keep in mind you may have to explain that when you go to look for another job, assuming you will be doing that.
I'd go back to work and either resign with a two week notice or try to keep the job if it's worth saving.

Be an adult! Most of us don't want to get up and go to work, but when your phone gets turned off and you're eating top ramen you'll miss that job!

Never quit a job unless you are financially free or you have another job lined up!

Maybe you could try going back to work for a couple of days, and if you really don't like it, you could try finding yourself another job that you enjoy.

Depends on how bad you need money. It may just be that you need to find a different line of work. Either way, it's something that you need to give some serious thought. Good Luck!!

well its according how you feel about the job if you are uncomfortable about it don't go back and if your still sick get 100% better first.
