We already have several strollers but there's this new jogger and I LOVE it. She is just one year old now. I have to convince hubby lol.
How long is this one going to last? Weight restriction is 70lbs.
Give me some good reasons, please..

Thank you.

The jogger strollers are here to stay , these are more for when your child is over 3 years old. Not for when your child is 70 lbs. It just says they hold upto that weight.

strollers are wonderful for children to be outside in. They help encourage healthy excercise habits before a child can even walk. Also they allow a child to be outside, sun light helps with calcium absorbtion and the production of vitamin D. It helps the eyes develop as well. A child doesnt reach 70lbs usually until age 9. so you'll get plenty of use out of the stroller, and if you know people with kids or who will be having them, you can sell or donate it to them. Strollers are great.

You wont need a stroller by the time the child is 70 lbs. The company just needs to state weight restrictions. A 70 lbs child is usually between 4th and 6th grade. You wont need it anymore by the time she is 3.

if u have a child at a healthy weight, than it is safe to say that u won't ever need to buy another jogger.

my son is 4 years old and weighs 35bs. my nephew is 7 and weights 46lbs. so i think its safe to say that 9 year olds weigh about 70lbs. by that time hopefully, she won't need a stroller anymore.

good investment!

She could be 7 - 10 years old. Think about the car seat standards. A child must stay in a booster seat until age 8 or 80 lbs, well at least in PA.

there is no guarentee children are as different as snow flakes and this one may be 70 pounds before what they call normal she may also be 70 pounds after what they refer to as normal you will have to watch the child as she gets older there is no determining right now

I disagree with the answer above me because the average 7 yr. old child should weigh more than 46 pounds and if a 9 yr. old dosent weigh more than 70 pounds call a damn doctor. At nine i weighed probably 95 pounds but thats different because at 16 i was 6 foot 3

Well, my best friends daughter is ten and she ways seventy five pounds. My son is seven and very tall, he ways 60 pounds. I would say that your child could use that stroller for a very long time. They are the best out there we had one and loved it, but my son got to a point where he did not want to ride in it. That will happen, they don't want to be babies anymore.

I have an 8 year old that just now weighs 45lbs. My 12 year old at that age was about 50-55lbs. and she was always a big baby. The stroller will probably last until you don't need one any more.

my friends were all 70 lbs around 12 so hopefully she will be out by then

they make these strollers hold that wait for kids who are way overweight or need to be in strollers longer due to disabilities
