This my opinion, but I believe Kevin Trudeaus is a total "rip-off!" His book talks more about controversy and government scandals than true methods and cures for the medical conditions he claims he can cure. Also, once you get the book, you need to pay more money for his website or other monthly journals.
I believe he preys on the fears of the public and create false hopes for the people without many options to make people purchase his book.

My advice, eat healthier, exercises more. Simple law of universe, burn more calories than you eat to lose weight. If you have a true medical condition like for example, hypothyroidism, then you need medical treatment.

My 2 cents.

That man is a con artist. Do not buy any of his products or support him in anyway shape or form. He has had no medical training whatsoever. He's great in marketing, but he should be selling honest products.
Good thing you want to lose weight but don't use anything from Kevin Trudeau.
You should also know this about him, before he started writing these phony books, he was convicted of fraud several time over for selling bogus supplements and products. They can't touch him now because books are considered freedom of speech.

If you are only 14 and weigh over 300 pounds, then there could be some underlying factor to your obesity. There is no miracle cure for it. If it were easy, then nobody would be fat. You really should talk to your parents and see a doctor. A doctor can perform tests to make sure that there is not something going on that is causing you to be so heavy. The doctor can also prescribe medications that could help you lose weight. Be strong and good luck!
