I'm 13 I'm 5' 7 1/2. I weight 178 I need to Weight 155 - 160. I commited to Weight Watchers (didn't work), I hate pop/soda (didn't loose weight) I do walk my dogs, skateboard,and other stuff, but I weight the same. I eat healther ( have been for 4 months and I weigh the same). I take Viteims. My older bro does the same and he lost about 10lbs and cause i'm a girl I weigh the same. I even thought about Wu-Long Tea (weigh loss tea). I don't know what to do. Please Help me to loose 25 lbs super fast!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Do not even try those weight loss teas and pills and other things. You are way too young, and they are dangerous and don't work at all. The healthiest way to lose weight is gradually, if you try to do it "super fast" that is not healthy or permanent. Good luck to you.

I would keep doing what you doing, keep working out, walking your dog, eating right. Maybe even take up a sport or join a gym.
