How do u know if ur IN love?
I know that i love my boyfriend of 4 years but i dont know if im IN love with him...
ive herd people saying 'u will just know' but seriously i just dont.......
sometimes i think i am in love but im just so comfortable after 4 years that i just dont think about him every second anymore?
like if he doesnt call me all day, i dont really notice, ill just maybe text him saying goodnight and that will be it... is that really 2 people IN love..?

We see eachother maybe 4 times a week and he lives only 5 minutes away....

I don't believe thinking about a person alot is a good indicator of being in love with that person. I know that a guy may think about a lady that he just met all day and all night just because he is physically attracted to her. It doesn't mean that he loves her. Lust would be more accurate. I know that I am in love with my wife because I would live or die for her. I would jump in front of a bullet for her. I cannot stand to see her hurt mentally or physically. Another way that I know I am in love with my wife is no matter what changes may happen to her physical appearance I am just as attracted to her than I was when we first met, even more so. It may not seem possible but, the longer I am with my wife, the more I love her and the more I am attracted to her I become. It may seem crazy but it's the truth. By the way, I have been with her for about 14 years and we have 5 children and 2 grandchildren. If you feel any of these things then you may be in love with him, but we aren't going to be able to tell you exactly how you will feel or exactly how you will no. Good luck with your relationship and remember there is no hurry. Don't be in a rush to have sex, move in together, get married, or have children. My best advice for you would be to take it slow and don't argue about things that aren't important. Again, good luck!

well, its hard to describe but theres a lot of things about it.
you want to make him happy even if it means doing something you dont wanna do.
you're constantly reminded of him by little things that no one would understand
yall can sit in silence and it wont be awkward, but comfortable
you know that you wouldnt want anyone else in the world
he makes you feel special everytime he looks at you even though youve been together so long
you think about him right before you fall asleep at least once
and other little sweet things like that, you dont have to have all of that stuff but the majority, im just naming things that i do/think about my boy.

i think that your so used to being around him and so used to him that without him, you wouldnt know what to do. but i think its still love because you two see eachother so much, but you just probably feel more like a friend now. but its working out okay and stuff, so dont worry.

obviously you've stuck around with him for 4 years... so maybe there is something there...but LOVE suckS!!! and it ruins friendships...so if you think there is a chance that you might not be in love with him, then do something about it, because you only have 1 life... do what your heart tells you.

your heart beats faster and you know that you would really miss them if they were to leave.You think about them all the time and care about them more than anything. I like that other ladys answer i think that was good.
