Adipex (Phentermine)

If you are going to take pills, these are the best. Just be careful not to become addicted to them, or to take them for the wrong reasons.

Look it up online. You can order them and have them shipped to your home.

I know that they are not good for you, but, I was desperate to at least see some progress in my change of routeine (eating healthier & working out more) , as well as kick start myself into getting into bikini-shape for the beach. So, I researched & decided to try Tight (by SAN).

The first day I took it I was completely WIRED ( it contains caffiene) . After taking it a week, I stepped on the scale & lost 9 lbs (yippie). You should give it a try. The things I like about it are:
1) you only take 1 pill a day (DO NOT take more) & take it at lunch time (I found this is the best time)
2) they actually tell you NOT to take it for more than 60 days (where as most pill companies try to rake you into staying on it for a long time)
3) I have the energy that I did not have before to work out longer
4) As long as you keep to your eating healthy & exercising, you can actually feel it working & people will comment on you (I was afraid to step on the scale & decided to only after my bf complimented me on loosing weight & was so happy to see that I did loose some....& he doesn't know I use it *lol*)

I am no longer a Doctor however I do recognize there is not any reliable fast repair for a situation that built over the years. Sure you would take nutrition drugs to lower your urge for food, however no longer consuming is solely as detrimental as over consuming if no longer extra so. Anything that says to be a miracle healing is not anything extra the a cutting-edge day variant of what was once referred to as snake oil which was once offered out of the again of a included wagon to unsuspecting saps again within the 1800's Rule of thumb "if it sounds to well to be actual then it quite often is."

The best diet pill is

20 Min's a day of cardio workout on a treadmill and about 100 sit ups.

Diet pills can harm you more than help you.

I lost a stone in a month following the Paul Mckenna book and CD. No pills. And it stayed off!
