Yes, but you need to watch out for recuperation periods as not to get exhausted and burned out.

Overdoing it will not help at all. Do not think about more exercise, think of smart work out. That is, do enough good quality training and take the recuperation time you need.

You can do cardio twice a day at the gym; some days, but will need to rest others.
It will depend on your fitness level, the intensity of your cardio, and the time devoted to it ( and other exercises and life demands).

Doing cardio and combine it with toning exercises is a better choice for fitness and weight control.

Cardio is fine if you have the stamina. Its weight training where you have to take rest days to allow muscle healing.

yes if you want to. be sure to consume enough carbs though or youll be nackered after a few days.
