I live with my boyfrend and we are planning on an engagement (hes 27, Im 23) this year. I love him. Very much....at times.

Is it normal to wake up one morning and go 'hmm, I guess hes alright?" and then wake up one morning and be absolutely in love?

Im asking reasonable real life people here, not 15 year olds who think they know all the worlds answers please.

Yeah that's how I feel with my gf too. We've been dating for about a year. 2-3 days in a week I'll feel completely in love and the happiest guy in the world, and the remaining days of the week I'll just feel like "we have a pretty good thing" but I'm not blown away.

I think a lot of it has to do with how busy (and stressed) both of us are. We can't possibly be madly in love 24/7 and still be successful in school and work. Both of us are highly ambitious. If you ask me, those 2-3 days a week when I feel on top of the world is enough reinforcement.

this is plausible to fall in love, with what they are asserting, what they think of, and how they are. yet regrettably this is diverse to certainly sense their precence. There would desire to be 2 human beings modern-day to have chemistry. the information superhighway, on the 2nd, can not grant that. words and a stay cam feed can come close. yet you would be unable to sense their heat temperature next to you. Or regardless of feeling you get from everyone's precence. i'd desire to fall in love with somebody on the internet, yet i could by no skill tell her. i could would desire to pass in direction of the dating prosses no rely what.

It sounds to me like you are "falling in lust" and not "falling in love"...I'm real life, old timer, married 3 times. If you're really in love it will be every day, every night, even when you smell his stinky socks. Real love is respectful, is patient, doesn't keep score, and is there when he isn't. Hope this helps.

Personally, I think once a person is in love, they are always in love. You may not always "feel" like you're in love, but if you're in love that's normal. Love is not about feelings...you can "feel" like you're in love one moment and "feel" out of love the next... Love is a choice and a commitment. Just ask yourself and make sure that you truly love him.
