The bible is not a book of socialogy... art... or any other form of science....
... it is the word of God revealing what can not be known by man kind alone.... it teaches the basics of love and human brotherhood... harmony with onesleves and all surroundings....
... so If a couple can work this out well and clean the house together then why not, the bible does not tell us whether to wear Jeans or not, whether to eat certain types of food or not, whether to listen to classic, pop or rock music or not...
... we live our lives in the light of the bible and the free will that God granted us... our mind is a bliss and we must use it to make this world a better place.

According to the bible, men are to love their wives as Christ loved the church... and I seem to recall that He even cleaned their feet. So grab yourself a mop and a sponge, and get a cleanin' ! :)

In the bible the wife is the weaker vessel and if she wants to clean the house herself then let her ... But I am saved and I am a God called Preacher and I believe God never meant for a man to be a lazy couch potato ... so help her clean and do laundry. I do and I enjoy the time we spend doing that cause it helps her.

I clean the house and my husband works his tail off to pay the mortgage on the house.
Sometimes he helps out with bigger projects like organizing the garage or "spring cleaning."
Read Proverbs 31 and Genesis. Men and women compliment each other and help one another in different ways.

Women are to be helpmeats to their husbands. There husbands go out and work all day. The women should take care of the home.
