no, I had serious answers saying that there were no rainbows before the flood because it never rained before the flood.
It is not my statement that there was no rain before that. That is why I am asking.

What makes you think there was no rain.? There could be no life without rain. Or do you mean why was that the first flood. We do not even know that. There may have been many floods of this nature we have seen signs of this all over the world in different isolated places

surely He allowed rain before the flood/how else would the vegetation grow-they were all farmers
