Can the nutrilite-soy protein drink be used by someone overweight?

I just bought amway's nutrilite protein blend for my sis who's 10 kgs heavier than what she should be.....is it safe for her to have it, or will it make her more bulky?It reduces cholesterol though...plz help

If she replaces one of her meals with it it will help her quickly lose weight in a healthy manner. Any more than one meal may not be healthy, though.
