First of all, please use correct English. The power of your contact lenses is based on the shape of the lens in your eye. Other than laser eye surgery, in which a laser reshapes your lens, there's nothing that can be done to change that. If you feel that your glasses or contacts are not the correct prescription, you need to go to a qualified professional.

Are you talking about eye glasses/contact lenses? You can't reduce the prescription on those. Prescriptions normally increase over the years. If you are having trouble with the glasses/lenses you have right now, you need to see your eye doctor.

You need new lens, but most of the time , the store will sell you whole spectacles.
