All cats walk. That's how their built. God made them so that they can walk. Everything walks. I'm sorry if I'm not getting your point, but that's how I took the question! If you don't want your cat to walk, then put it in a mini wheel chair!

That would be cool if he didn't have legs and some bat wings or something like that, and when he came in for a landing he just did a big belly flop.
