Generally, you should refrain from touching. However, when they are popped, you should apply a liquid anti-bacterial solution immediately onto the raw wound. This is sure to attack and eliminate any "bad" bacteria in and around the wound.

In the site I have found informs you about all kinds of treatments

Same sample of the kind of information you can write here (copy of site) :

There is a relatively new treatment available now for those who suffer from bothersome acne. This treatment is a laser with a clear light, and it is called the ClearLight laser. This laser is not just for the face, but works equally well on all parts of the body, with no currently known side effects, the ClearLight laser is perfectly safe for almost anyone to use.

Hopes this will help you

well it depends on when your popping them. If you pop them before they are ready to be popped then it leaves scars. You have to wait until that point when it's at it's ugliest. When the whitehead is popping out. And then.... VERY gently squeeze it. And dont obsess over how it looks and trying to pop it over and over and over. That just leaves you with a red face and scars. No longer then a min, at each break out.

stop popping them. They'll look kinda icky for a while, but they will go away, and you won't see the scars from popping them. If you forget, use some neosporin so it doesn't get infected.
