i would go back to the place where u had the cut done, & ask to speak with the manager or owner...explain the problem & see what sort of options they offer to you...sometimes they will agree to re-do the cut (if it`s possible) and/or refund the money u paid...just be honest with them, & try not to get too angry or upset (although u probably are!), and try to come to an arrangement with the salon...usually they will try to work a problem out with a client, so they can retain their client base & preserve their good name among the public...

You should contact the salon manager and she'll tell you what their policy is on this. If it's something that can be fixed and you don't want the same stylist to do it, usually the owner or manager will do it for free. Did you not notice it while you were at the salon? It's usually best if you say something right away. Even if it's during the haircut, and the stylist starts doing something you don't like, don't be afraid to say STOP! They want you to be happy. Good luck!

This happen to me one time! OMG! I came home and stared in the mirror for what seemed like hours. Then, I started bawling. The next morning I put on a hat and ran to this Ulta salon in my city. They fixed it and I don't even know how! They are magical I swear!
As for dealing with the salon. If it is someone who has always done your hair then go to them and let them know that you aren't happy with the outcome. They should be willing to work with you.
If it's a new salon to you, try talking to the one who did your hair. They should offer to try and fix it if not, then they should reimburse you. If you are not willing to let them try to alleviate the problem then talk to the owner about getting your money back. Don't feel bad. You didn't walk in there hoping to come out with a bad hair day.
The most important thing is keep your cool but stand your ground. It's your hair and your right to look and feel good

I would call the salon and explain that you are very unhappy with the cut. At the very least you should register a formal complaint against the person who cut your hair so their employer has it on file.

WELL I THINK YOU SHOULD JUST TRY TO FIX IT UP AS BEST AS YOU CAN. IF IT'S SHORT IT'LL BE EASIER BECAUSE YOU CAN JUST PUT IT IN A PONYTAIL. WHAT KIND OF HAIRCUT DO YOU HAVE???
