I'm not sure there's really a correlation between drinking water and clear skin. I drink a lot of water and still, I break out! I think clear skin is something you're simply fortunate to have, but still, drinking water is very healthy in terms of eliminating toxins from your system. I would drink water comfortably meaning I would opt for it above any other drinks when offered and maybe keep a small bottle handy when you're out and about.
