I have scars on my face from pimples. Never had acne though! I need a way to reduce these scars as much as possible. And...How do i reduce the apperance of the pimples I have already? I am leaving on vacation in 2 days, and would like them to be as non-noticeable as possible!

As a Dermatologist, the best I would suggest is to use [Lustra]Hydroquinone cream USP 4%, some people might not be compatible with this product but my son has been using it and after 1 month there was a huge improvement in skin balance. The Cream itself is recommended that you do buy one WITH SUNSCREEN. This cream is design so that your skin will have natural peeling after 2-3 days. This is a prescription medication so you will need to talk to a dermatologist. I cannot tell you that it will work for you because I am a dermatologist, but not YOUR dermatologist. If you want to help yourself, go ahead there is an option that you may get them elsewhere from Canadian sellers on eBay.

Well, here's a couple of tricks that we used inbeauty pageats that worked really well...
Use a needle to pierce a vitamin E gel capsule & rub it into the scars. It takes about two weeks, but the skin heals sooo nicely. The vitamin E is kinda sticky, but it really is worth it.

To get rid of redness on old scars or pimples, do spot-checks with Visine. Yes, the eye-drops! They shrink the capillaries at the surface for a while. It's not a permanent fix, but it clears up redness for a couple of hours at a time, which was long enough to get through the pageant!

In order to clear out blackheads or current pimples, toothpaste (not gel, but the paste) is great for drying them. For more of a 'peel' effect, spread liquid glue (like Elmer's) on your face, let it dry and peel it off. It pulls at the fine hairs on your face, but really clears up ickyness! Just make sure you use the liquid kind and not a stick of glue. Gluesticks don't work the same way at all.

I don't know what it will do for you in two days, but rinse your face twice daily with 50% white vinegar and 50% water. Be sure to rinse with clear water after as it can irritate your eyes. Vinegar will balance the ph in your skin and help clear it up. Use a deep cleanser to clear the pores daily. If you can't handle the vinegar, witch hazel will work as well. You can buy witch hazel at Wal-mart. If it's not in health and beauty, look in the make-up section where the pimple stuff is. They usually keep it in health and beauty, though. Ask if you can't find it, they have it!

well i know from personal experience hat cocoa butter cream is really good and effective i had really bad scarsand within a few months they were hardly visible just cream that area twice a day and you should see a fantastic result if this does not work then i would suggest that if you can afford it try surgey that can stretch the skin and cut the area of skin that is affected if its a large are though this is not possible

GO TO A BEAUTY SUPPLY STORE & YOU COULD EITHER BUY THIS PRODUCT CALLED AMBI CLEANSING SOAP (ASK WHOS WORKING THERE & THEY'LL KNOW WHAT YOU'RE TALKING ABOUT) OR USE A COCOA BUTTER STICK TWICE A DAY.

Two days? WTF are you wanting, a miracle???? Now if you want them gone and can settle for a more long term treatment you could try the silicone sheets called rejuveness.
