look, if you like her dont say that. just ask her out already. the worst thing she could say is no then you can move on.

Be more positive and take change about the situation. Have a destination in mind, ask "Would you like to go to the movies on Saturday with me? Don't drag it out . Be positive, if you come across wimpy, she will not be interested.

I always found this to work... get into a conversation and at some point mention 'Hey, I was wondering if you wanted to go out sometime? [insert potential activities here]'. Whichever way you go, best of luck to you.
