A vasectomy is not reccomended as a "temporary" fix because it's not always reversible....and a woman is even more complicated.

If you're looking at a temporary, reversible measure, don't go with the surgical options which are meant to be permanent.

Its easier to reverse a man. There is alot more involved surgically with a woman. Its also very expensive to reverse. I think about 1500.00 to reverse a woman back to being able to have kids

It is easier to have a vesectomy reversed...and it has less risks involved compared to having a tubaligation reversed.(and I do believe it is cheaper)
