Yes dry mustard is sold in most grocery stores and I have even seen it at Walmart. A sprig is a small, leafy branch that grows from a plant. If your not sure, ask the grocer. If you need sprigs it is better to go to a natural store or and herb store. I recommend McCormick's, I love their spices.

Dry mustard is in the spice section of the grocery store. You know that little piece of parsley on your plate and a restaurant? That's a sprig.

The oldest and most popular brand of dry mustard is "Coleman's", but there are other brands all of which you'll find in the spice isle of grocery stores.
A sprig is a leafy twig, i.e., a 'sprig' of parsley.
