I knew my bf had a girl roomate and it didnt bother me when we werent living together but we decided in November that it was time to take that step and live together. Since Ive been there she has changed, she dosent clean as much after her self and her guest, and when I moved in the apartment the only thing that I asked f or is that they wouldnt smoke in the house cause I have a 5 year old daughter. Well, i noticed one time when we came home that it smelled like smoke and I got really upset, the next day I was cleaning the living room up and I saw one of her jackets on the couch so I decided to put the jacket in her room. I went in thier and her whole room smelled like an ash tray, and I saw cigarette butts in cups, plates , on top of her t.v. I was disgusted !!! The next day I was doing laundry and we were all home including my BF, and I smelled smoke coming from her room. That was the last straw for me and something has to be done. My BF was pissed !

You and your boyfriend would be better off moving out and getting your own place. She probably feels you were forced on her, she didn't choose to live with you, and now she has to change when she liked things the way they were.

Not saying she's right, but it is just going to be tense for you and her if you don't see eye to eye about some things. You two should just start fresh and get your own place, and let her find a new room mate.
