As the previous person said, WATER!!

A lady I work with had headaches all the time, she thought it was because she stopped smoking (which may be part of the reason), but when she went to the eye doctor she found out she needed glasses!!

It could mean your blood pressure is up or your cholesterol. Think about your diet and when you get the headaches. If its after you eat, Thats prolly the problem. I had high blood pressure and I would get them all the time.
