Gardening is rather nonspecific so I'll just mention a few favorites.

I have one book case devoted to gardening. This includes technical horticulture, essays and novels set in the garden. Many are from Timberwood press. They publish many garden books with a narrow niche as well as the general. They publish books about gardening, horticulture, & botany, ranging from simple 'how to' guides to quixotic essays: Economic horticulture, conservation and ecology, garden history, general horticulture, landscaping and design, and essayists Beverley Nichols or Michael Pollan.
