I dont think that makes you shallow. If you are going to dedicate that much time and ambition to your appearance, it is completely acceptable for you to expect the same from your girl. Your dedication to fitness is a type of lifestyle, and you should want your partner to share the same lifestyle as you.

It doesn't make you shallow. What would make you shallow is if that was the only requirement - that she has a good body. The idea that she should have similar dedication to fitness is not shallow - you could have said, I want a girl with a deep interest in geology and no one would call you shallow! Your interest happens to be fitness and exercise. So? That is a time-consuming interest with good health benefits - but it takes time away from dating, unless your date would be equally happy working out. So find someone who wants to work out a lot, with whom you are compatible in other ways and see where the relationship goes. Makes perfect sense to me!

No, it does not make you shallow. Everyone, though they don't always admit it, wants a particular type of person. You want a physical person who likes to work out; that's perfectly fine. Don't worry about how deep you are and next time you're at the gym, look around for some cuties!

No, I know plenty of guys who are like that. You shouldn't be made to feel bad for wanting a woman who's as into body building as you are. It's your preference. What would be shallow is if you completely looked over a wonderful girl/woman just because she didn't have abs like Denise Austin's. But again, everyone is entitled to their preference.

No it is not shallow, it is important to have the same interest as the person you are dating. If you are an active type of person who takes good care of yourself, I am sure that you will find more in common with someone who does the same. Have fun dating!

No, not if you put in the time, there is a difference between wanting and expecting, don't pass up or look down on a girl that's does not do that, you don't want to pass on the real deal for a hot deal.

No, I don't think it's "shallow" of you to work for and to achieve a "knock-out" body. But by limiting your search to a gal who only has a "knock-out body", you could be depriving yourself of a girl with a "great personality", who with your help could become that "girl of your dreams".

As long as you don't also require good reading and writing skills, it wouldn't be shallow. Just two illiterates walking around looking pretty.

If that is what you want in a women, that's your choice. It would be shallow if you were with a women who wasn't into fitness and you put her down because she was fat.
