If you join the navy you can really provide a good life for you both (if you marry her).

I think that you are making a smart choice to go in the Navy. She may really surprise herself and find out how strong of a person she is by waiting for you.

But be careful...if in one breath she is saying that she can't wait 4 months for you and then in the next breath she is saying she doesn't want you to choose...well then, you really have to ask yourself, what kind of girl is this??

Again...good luck

If you don't join the Navy just for some woman you will regret it all your life, wondering what could have been.
No doubt she is a good woman who loves you, if she does she should not stand in the way of your career path.
If she leaves you, don't worry, there will be women galore for you to choose from. All the nice girls love a sailor.

I might desire to consider Lana....swimming in a pool is one element yet swimming interior the sea off San Diego battling sea swells, then working up on the sea coast and rolling around interior the sand observed with the help of a 2 mile run with instructors screaming at you is thoroughly different. Shoot, i'm 40-one and that i will do one hundred push and situps an afternoon with out breaking a sweat. in case you may no longer do a minimum of three hundred of each in line with day, then your dropping some time. that's not hassle-free to attempt mimic the BUDS environment while the only guy or woman who's pushing you is your self. i think of between the ideal annoying circumstances for somebody such as you is to connect a go extra healthful group on your area and throw in many pool time with fins - in case you reside close to a lake or the sea much extra ideal. additionally, take some some SCUBA training which will assist you get used to working with the kit in case you're somewhat severe. i've got spent 6 months around the BUDS compound (no longer for the SEALs) and have considered what those adult adult males flow via. it extremely is why their motto is "the only hassle-free day grew to become into the day gone by".

Cant you have both? If I was that into a guy that wanted to join the forces then I would support him in that decision.

An ex boyfriend joined the army once, and it was him that wanted to end things and not me. He didn't want to be accountable to a partner and I guess he just wanted to be one of the lads.

I'm sure people in the navy have wives and girlfriends, so why not you.

Join the Navy, if she really loves you and if you really love her your relationship should hold up. Don't give up this opportunity as you may resent her for it.
