because I had mayonnaise on my shirt from a sandwich I ate. Now she thinks I'm gay AND cheating on her. How can I convince her that I'm not cheating and not gay?

Why is everyone dumping on the woman? She's probably on to something. I'm sure there are A LOT of other reasons why she may suspect you're gay, and she's had the last straw. I agree with others that it seems like weak timing to voice her opinions/feelings after spilled mayonnaise, but like I said there's probably underlying issues that she doesn't know how to bring up. I dated a guy for 2 yrs and I thought he was gay, but that he just didn't want to admit it to himself because he knows that being gay is wrong. If I'd cook him a nice meal and dress up for a surprise occasion, he would rather go out with his buddies. If he did spend time with me, it was outside while he worked on vehicles; and he would get mad if I didn't know where he placed his ratchet or hammer. I felt like I was always in the way. Two months after he dumped me, he admitted that he had been cheating on me, and it wasn't with just another woman. So in my case, there were a ton of flags going up and I finally said something to him during a fight. So maybe that is what she did. Maybe she just exploded (no puns intended) during an argument and wanted to say something to hurt you. Figure out what the underlying situations are and TALK about them. Maybe you just aren't meant for each other, and there's nothing wrong with that.
Also, f**king her isn't going to convince anyone of anything. A lot of ppl will act out a heterosexual relationship when they know it's not what they want. That beau of mine gave me the GREATEST sex ever! Dammit, why did he have to be a ***** whore? I honestly think you're both better off with other ppl.

Whats wrong with mayonnaise? Is it a substitute for sperms? What has that got to do with her thinking you are out with a guy or worse thinks you are gay? No offence dude but i seriously think that she is crazy and is aiming or targeting someting to get angry over or start something.
Just because you had mayo on your shirt, doesn't mean she can anyhow accuse you of cheating on her or worse even think you are gay. What if there is lipstick on her shirt, will that make you think she is a lesbian? NO right? So the only way now is to wake her up. How could you be gay? How could she judge the cheating thing over MAYONNAISE ? I think she is sick.

Obviously she's very insecure about herself... let her know what she means to you. that she's the only one in the world. tell her you care about her and would never do such a thing.
If that doesn't work maybe she's using it as an excuse to end the relationship. Girls do that sometimes.
You could always put a blob of mayonaise on your shirt in front of her and compare to show her that's what it was.

that is serious paranoia.
next time you have lunch together, make yourselves mayonnaise sandwich, and you purposely (if need to) drop mayonnaise on your shirt. then make sure she notices. when she does, ask her "does this mean I'm gay?"

wow is that chick twisted and paranoid you may want to send her to detox! there is something seriously wrong with someones thought process when they jump to a conclusion as twisted (yes i used that twice, it really applies here) as that from a stain on your shirt. I don't think you can convince her of either she is obviously way out there, move on, good luck

i think you should try proving that that mayonnaise on your shirt is mayonnaise... and maybe you should get her to trust you more, or she'll be getting supicopus all the time.

Patience and time... mayo is pretty thin evidence of anything.
You need to talk to her, and make her realize that her insecurities maybe have gotten a little bit out of control. And find ways for both of you to work on that.

The best thing to have done was to get her to smell the stain. then she would've felt dumb. there's no way to really CONVINCE her but still....make her smell the stain. Cuz er'body knows that cu* doesn't smell like MAYO. Ewwwwww.

buy a bunch of red rose for her and go tell her the truth striaght .because girls like those boys who tell the truth and honest with there relation .and next time tell her before going out . best of luck
