I know with Hep B some people are infected, then the body clears the infection. If the body clears the infection, is there a possibility that there could be another 'breakout?' Or, at that point, if the body clears it indepedently, are you still at further risk for infection?

No. Once you develop antibodies to it, you are immune for life. Soon after the infection clears, anti-hep.B IgM antibodies will be found, and later, IgG.
