he runs away alot and wanders i need some sort of tracker watch or something for now while he adjusts to his therapy.
something that could track him where id be able to see where he is maybe online
this is just in case he leaves the sitter again

I dont know if it is legal or not but one guy in my town uses the invisa fence meant for animals on his kid, I have never seen that kid outside of the yard EVER

Wow what an age we live in .. I would suggest if he is taking off from the baby sitters you find your self a reliable sitter .
Sure you can buy a device to track him for $$$$$$
but what good will that be when your somewhere else and he is about to fall in a hole of walk in front of a truck .. Get yourself a good sitter , one who knows the situation and watches him properly
there is no good reason your child can escape if they are doing their job properly
mine may not be the best answer but it is one you should put some thought into ...

I've never tried any of these devices, but the technology definitely does exist. Do a search for GPS and Children or Child Monitor. Here's an example:

A tracker won't really work if your child is trying to run away. He can simply remove the device. If he's too young to understand what a tracker is, then it would probably work.
