How did you become an officer without knowing proper grammar and spelling? I think you are totally a poser. Go back and watch TV. Nothing like what you are saying can happen. The first offense of talking back to a Senior NCO or Officer will be strict punishment and there's no such thing as anyone allowed to paddle with an M-16. Grow up. Besides we're using M-4s now but you wouldn't know that because you are not there.

If you truly are an officer, I honestly feel for your troops.
Just as a side note, according to the Chief of Staff of the Army, in written correspondence, every reference to an American Soldier will have "Soldier" with a capitol "S". You might want to keep that in the back of your mind when preparing written statements in the future.
Anyway, to get to the gist of your question...if you were an Executive Officer (or XO, not EX-O as you wrote), and were relived without just cause, you need to take it up with the IG. You should have received a written relief for cause, which will go into your record...If you truly are innocent (which I honestly can't tell as your statement is so poorly worded), you have to weigh the goods against the bads of taking this up the chain of command.
Overall, if you are making a career as an Army officer, you're going to need to work on your written communication. When you reach ILE, you have to write a LOT of essays...

I find it hard to believe that you are an officer in the United States Army.........Officers are supposed to be literate, and should know that you can not strike any soldier as punishment. If you did indeed strike a soldier with the butt of your M-16, you should count your lucky stars that you are not on your way to Leavenworth.

Judging by the grammar this has got to be a joke post. Especially as adultery is a pretty serious offense in the military and if you were truly military you would know what the real recourse is.

Do you actually expect me to believe you are an officer? What is the point of all this incoherent babble? I can't decipher what the question is.

Yup, you're an officer. Unable to correctly express yourself in English so everyone can understand you. Your lack of knowledge of grammar only exceeds your piss poor spelling. Now go back to your game boy, lad.
And thanks for the chuckle.

Honey, you are going to have to try this again. Take your time. Try using the spell check. I do not think anyone here can figure out what you are asking.
