The first sentence is incorrect, probably not from a native french speaker, it should probably be 'veux tu etre mon ami', which means 'do you want to be my friend?'. The second sentence means 'I am very friendly/nice', again no one would say this seriously if they were more than 12 years old. 'bon' means 'well' as a hedging expression, and 'a +' is a shortcut for 'a plus tard', which means 'well, see you later'.
