Welcome to toddler hood. Yes this is very normal to an extent, but it could be a sign of sensory issues. Is your child a picky eater? Does your child run from loud noises? Does your child let you touch her other wise? Does she hate sticky surfaces or crave sticking her hands in things like beans or what have you?

If the answer is no to most of the questions, then your child has just entered a phase. Offer to let her help some. If she is not poopy then let her remove her diaper let her hold a wipe or diaper or a toy to distract her. Say real soothing things to her and worn her you are fixing to wipe. It will take time, but she will get back on track.

somewhat Pin him down is somebody`s answer. That`s poor. think of approximately something you hate doing, now think of somebody is going to stress you to do it numerous situations an afternoon. NO NO NO. admire his needs. He doesn`t % his hair washed. A sponge down with a moist textile gets him via, 12 month olds don`t have oily scalps like adults. in basic terms a sponge down while he gets something in his hair gets him via. promise. Diapering too, because of fact he doesn`t % to provide up doing what he grew to become into doing. attempt changing him status up instead. My son has constantly hated laying on his decrease back from the 1st 2nd till present day, age 2. attempt fastening one area of the diaper and having him step into it. Don`t create issues the place you don`t might desire to. You don`t might desire to lotion him, you don`t might desire to dry him off. My son is 20 months old and STILL does! It's very normal. I've found it helps sometimes to let him choose what he's going to wear or to let him choose a toy to play with while I change him. It doesn't always work, but every once in a while I get a break!

Yes, I think every kid at that age hates to be stopped just dont let it get out of hand where they kick you etc. I use to just tell mine be nice and make them lay down.

I believe all children go through this. Just be stern and continue. They will begin to learn there boundaries and what they can / cannot do.
