drink the juice of White lemon sprinkle a bit of black pepper every morning in empty stomach.

First and Best Way: Excersize!!!!!!!!!!! You need to excersize atleast 1 hour a day and I would say Running/Jogging is the best way to go about it. But personally, I hate that so I do jumping jacks, skip rope, rollerskate, and run up-and-down my stairs. Any type of rigorous, systematic movement can be considered excersize
Second Way: Reduce your intake of highly saturated fats! Stop eating those artery-clogging french fries, chicken wings, etc. It's okay to eat them once a week but don't pig out on them. If you normally order a Large Fries, then order Medium one next time.
Third Way: Reduce your intake of Meat Products. That way, you save animals and help benefit your health. It's true that meat has protein and iron, but you can get iron supplements and protein from vegeterian food. I'm not saying you should have a vegeterian diet from now on (even tho I am a vegeterian); I'm just saying you should reduce your intake of meat. So if you eat meat everyday, cut it down to three days a week.
Fourth Way: Eat your fruits and vegetables. I eat three fruits and three vegetables everyday and I think that has worked for me pretty well (I'm 100 pounds ..n no I'm not anoerexic (did I spell that right?)) Anyways, urge your parents to buy more fruit and veggies and include them in your dinner. Even if you don't want to eat as many fruits and veggies as I do, you should atleast have two fruits and two veggies in your diet EACH day. There is good vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, water, and other stuff in there that helps you lose weight.
Fifth Way: Water is a natural appetite suppressant, so developing a good water drinking habit can be a long-term aid in achieving and maintaining a healthy weight. Doctor F. Batmanghelidj MD, author of "Your Body's Many Cries For Water" says most times your “hunger” is your body asking for water – not food. It's also important to remember that when the body is dehydrated, fat cells get "rubbery" and cannot be easily metabolized. This means that it's harder to lose when you don't drink your water.
Sixth Way: Drink lukewarm water with two table spoons of honey daily
Seventh Way: One-Two table spoons of vinegar
Anyways, those were a few options that you can try simultaneously (which is what I recommend) or one-by-one. You take care of urself and good luck with that!

Change your enitre veiw of food. Food is to help your body be healthy, not to pig out on, limit your food intake. Check fat, calorie, and carb content, eat foods with lots of fiber. Stay away from hydronated oils, and saturated fats. Drink plenty of water, green tea cleans out your system. Exercise like crazy. Try running at least 3 miles a day. It take disclpline but it works, it's not just a diet, it's a life style.

If you drink pop or sugary drinks a lot, stop or switch to diet. I lost about 10lbs in a few weeks from doing that alone. Also, go for a good walk of a few Km one a day if possible. Take your baby with you (in the stroller obviously) and it'll be good for both of you.

Here is the diet for people who needs to lose weight before surgury. It is called SACRED HEART MEDICAL DIET.
I haven't tried yet but a few people who had this diet told me it works.
This seven day eating plan can be used as often as you like. If corectly followedk, it will clean out your system of impurities and give you a feeling of well being. After onlly 7 days of thiws process yhou will begin to feel lighter by at least 10 pounds. If you lose as much as 12 to 17 pounds in one week then stay off it for a day or two before resuming the diet.
This diet is based on the following soup recipe:
. 1 or 2 cans stewed tomatoes
. 3 or more large green onions (spring onions), chopped fine
. 1 tin of beef broth - no fat
. 1 envelope of Lipton chicken noodle soup mix
. 1 bunch of celery, chopped small to medium pieces
. 2 cans green beans with liquid
. 2 lbs carrots, chopped fine
. 2 green peppers, chopped fine
You may season the soup with curry, salt, pepper, parsley, bouillon, hot or worcestershire sauce.
Cover veggies with water, boil for ten minutes, reduce to simmer until tender.
Eat this soup whenever you are hungry. Eat as much as you want, whenever you want.
Drinks: unsweetened juices, tea (also herbal), coffee, cranberry juice, skim milk, water, water, water
DAY ONE: Any fruit EXCEPT BANANAS. Cantelope and watermelon are lowest in calories. Eat only soup and fruit today.
DAY TWO: All vegetables today. Eat fresh, cooked or canned veggies. Try to eat some leafy greens.
Don't eat peas, dry beans or corn. At your evening meal reward yourself with a big baked potato and butter. Don't eat fruits today.
DAY THREE: Eat all the soup, fruit and veggies you want. No potato today. You should have by now
lost 5 to 7 pounds.
DAY FOUR: Bananas an d skim milk. At least three bananas and drink as much skim milk as you can.
Don't forget your soup! Bananas are high in calories and carbs but your body will need the potassium and carbs, protein and calcium to lessen the cravings for sweets.
DAY FIVE: Beef and tomatoes. You can have 10 to 20 ounces of beef today and a can or as many as 6 fresh tomatoes. Eat the soup at least once.
DAV SIX: Beef and veggies. Eat all you want of beef and veggies. You can even have 2 or 3 steaks with green leafy veggies. No baked potato though! Eat your soup at least once.
DAY SEVEN: Brown rice, unsweetened frujit juice and veggies (and soup at least once). You could add cooked veggies to your rice if you like.
By the end of the 7th day if you have maintained the program yhou will have lost between 10 and 17 poun ds.
The diet is fast. It works on the principle that you will burn more calories than you take ine.
DO NOT DRINK ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES WHILE ON THIS PROGRAM. GO OFF THE DIET AT LEAST 14 HOURS B EFORE CONSUMING ALCOHOL.
If you notice a change in bowel movements then eat a cup of bran or other fiber..
The soup is the main ingredient. It is packed with nutrients and even has some carbs in the noodles.
You may substitute broiled fish for beef on only one of the beef days. As well, you can eat broiled, boiled or baked chicken (no skin) instead of the beef. You do need the high protein that beef yields so don't substitute on both your beef days in any given week.
DO NOT HAVE BREAK, ALCOHOL, CARBONATED DRINKS (EVEN DIET DRINKS) AND ABSOLUTELY NO FRIED FOODS.
DO DRINK 6 TO 8 GLASSES OF WATER A DAY AS WELL AS ANY COMBINATION OF THE DRINKS MENTIONED AT THE BEGINNING.

hey u havent told us if ur still nursin ur baby--in which case-dont go on a crash diet--if not--then i wud tell u how i lost weight and BOY!! i did--wht u do--is drink more water and do not -i repeat DO not eat in between meals--skip all the lollies and the chips and the chocolate nuts and all the extras that u wud pack into ur tummy before after and in between a meal--skip it all and yeah exercise--fill up before a meal--

make use of water as much as possible and dont eat more then u need of calliories and keep your stomach mostly full of water and fruits or fruits juice and keep yourself away from all the fatty things and also dont take any sweet food because sweet comes from sugar and its much of fatty pounds and follow it and dont be eager for result
