I'm leaving on a cruise in Oct and I want to loose some weight by then. I'm already taking an excercise class (high paced workout) once a week and walking on my treadmill twice a week. Can anyone direct me to some simple work outs that I can do at home?

As important as exercise, is nutrition. I have received, great results, from a low carbohydrate diet, e.g., Atkins Diet, South Beach Diet. The South Beach Diet, evolved from the Atkins Diet. It is low carbohydrate, like the Atkins Diet, with less saturated fat. It appears to be a Mediterranean diet, without the carbohydrates.

Get a jump rope, a hoola hoop, and clean the house. I use these techniques to stay in shape. Its inexpensive and your exercising without actually thinking about it.
