how can i join the foriegn firces & i am a Philippine Army?

i want to join the other foriegn military forces as military contengent or military exchange.Are their any ways that i can apply for lateral entry to foriegn military forces? I want to join the military volunter forces exchange to other country, how can i join & apply?

Unless you're a citizen, most countries won't accept you as a soldier.
